The Shelford Group is a network of ten of the largest teaching and research NHS Trusts in England. We learn from each other, play a leading role in the NHS and our local communities and share a common voice to shape our environment.

The network is supported by a small, dynamic, high-performing, central Shelford Group team, and we’re now looking for two new Policy and Project Advisors to come and help us drive forward our work. One role is permanent, and the second is a fixed-term contract until September 2027.

These are exciting, stimulating and varied roles combining policy analysis, project delivery and engagement at a senior level. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS Trusts, industry, academia and government. The roles include:

  • supporting our key member sub-groups
  • taking ownership of major Shelford work programmes
  • leading our policy thinking on key areas of the 10 year health plan
  • working with the wider team on our annual event and other shared priorities.

The Shelford Group has a scale and breadth to make really positive impact across health and care. This role would suit someone who wants to be at the heart of driving positive change, with the professional and personal skills to play a key role in a small team.

The application deadline for both roles is 18 June, with interviews taking place on 25 and 26 June in person in London. For more information visit: https://shorturl.at/qyRcu
