Chief Executives' group

The Chief Executives of each of the Shelford Group member NHS Trusts meet on a bi-monthly basis to talk about the high level issues that affect both their own organisations and the wider NHS. The chairing role of the group rotates between its members.

The Chief Nurses of each of the Shelford Group member Trusts belong to a sub group, with the purpose of sharing best-practice, benchmarking and working with both each other and policy makers to improve standards in nursing.
Two other sub groups also report into this group – the Directors’ of Midwifery sub group and the Chief Nursing Information Officers’ sub group.
